چکیده

Dyes plays an important role in our everyday life. From manufacturing plastics, paints, textile and even pills contain traces of dye used. With the ever-increasing demand for with growing world populations, use synthetic dyes has grown linearly. Bioremediation using microorganisms is on rise. The ability to accurately predict rate bioremediation relies upon gathering accurate decolourisation, which often inaccurately obtained by natural logarithm transformation decolourisation process over time. In this instance, a nonlinear regression curve needs be carried out utilising available models. Hence, various primary models such as modified Logistic, Gompertz, logistics, Richards, Schnute, Baranyi-Roberts, Buchanan-3-phase, von Bertalanffy Huang were utilized fit specific rate. Several failed converge was omitted only Huang, Richards Logistics able model data while other omitted. best based statistical analysis Baranyi Roberts highest value Adjusted Coefficient Determination lowest values RMSE, AICc, HQC BIC closest 1.0 accuracy bias factors. Baranyi-Roberts fitted found conform normality tests adequate used experimental data. parameters from exercise can further secondary modelling gleam information how substrate (dye) affect substrate.

Decolorization of Malachite Green Dye Solution by Bacterial Biodegradation

Malachite green dye is widely used in food and textile industries for various purposes and also used as biocide in the aquaculture industry to control fungal attacks and protozoan infections. Surface and ground water is contaminated by dyes due to discharge of untreated wastewater from industries. The presence of malachite green in water causes serious health effects such as mutagenesis, re...

Decolorization of malachite green and crystal violet by waterborne pathogenic mycobacteria.

Mycobacterium avium, Mycobacterium intracellulare, Mycobacterium scrofulaceum, Mycobacterium marinum, and Mycobacterium chelonae tolerate high concentrations of the dyes malachite green and crystal violet. Cells of strains of those species decolorized (reduced) both malachite green and crystal violet. Because decolorized malachite green lacked antimicrobial activity, the resistance of these myc...

Laccase-Catalyzed Decolorization of Malachite Green: Performance Optimization and Degradation Mechanism

Malachite green (MG) was decolorized by laccase (LacA) of white-rot fungus Cerrena sp. with strong decolorizing ability. Decolorization conditions were optimized with response surface methodology. A highly significant quadratic model was developed to investigate MG decolorization with LacA, and the maximum MG decolorization ratio of 91.6% was predicted under the conditions of 2.8 U mL(-1) LacA,...

Simple fabrication of polymer-based Trametes versicolor laccase for decolorization of malachite green.

A highly efficient and stable biocatalyst (denoted D201_Lac) was fabricated by encapsulating Trametes versicolor laccase within a macroporous and strongly basic exchange resin D201 through a simple adsorption process. Transmission electron micrographs and Fourier transform infrared spectra of the resultant D201_Lac proved that nanosized laccase clusters were embedded into the inner nano-pores/c...

Use of Enzymatic Bio-Fenton as a New Approach in Decolorization of Malachite Green

An enzymatic reaction using glucose oxidase was applied for in situ production of hydrogen peroxide for use in simultaneously Fenton's reaction in decolorization of malachite green. It was found that decolorization rate increased by increasing of glucose concentration from 0.2 g/L to 1.5 g/L. Decolorization rate showed different behaviors versus temperature changes. Initial rate of decolorizati...
